Rika SUGIYAMA

Rika Sugiyama is a high school student who is deeply involved in the student council. She is passionate about making her school a better place for everyone and is always looking for ways to improve the student experience. Rika is also an avid fan of anime and spends most of her free time watching and discussing her favorite shows with her friends.
